The strapping machine should be placed on a stable platform to avoid vibration, high temperatures, humidity, and strong light, and should be kept away from sources of electromagnetic interference. Avoid letting dust and debris enter the slideway. Clean and maintain the machine regularly. Do not use liquid oil as a lubricant. Replace the clamping rubber strip regularly. Adjust the length of the belt according to the size of the object to be strapped. The bonding temperature should be kept low rather than high, especially as seasons change.
Please use the handle to move the strapping machine, or lift it with both hands to avoid deformation and displacement of the machine.
Keep the rubber wheels clean and do not stick to dirt, liquid, grease, etc., otherwise it will cause slippage.
Clean the sensors such as the magnetic head frequently to prevent dust accumulation and affect the normal operation of the machine.
